I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a comfortable double bed. The decor throughout was fresh, and everything was well-maintained. The service was exceptional, and all staff members deserve big pay rises. However, even though the dry cleaning service was free, there was no offer to provide even a drink or food for the room. The location was convenient, especially with the NCP car park right next door. The dining experience, although overpriced for smaller appetites, was very tasty with plenty of variety. The facilities were great, but it felt like they were a bit understaffed.

For £50, I cannot complain at all about this hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, with modern amenities like Tea/Coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. They are comfortable with a good number of plugs and conveniently located close to the lifts. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, and the staff were excellent and very friendly. The location is great, especially for meeting friends, visiting the casino, and offers plenty of eating options outside the hotel. Despite being in the middle of Luton, the rooms are quiet due to double glazing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of options for a very tasty breakfast. The facilities are top-notch, catering to all needs.
